In some videos (radio) you can hear her actual voice and I think it's all made with actual human vocals. Moreover it doesn't really sound like something made through vocaloids tbh.
This is the real singer's voice. Her name is Chika. She probably sings in a cute voice on purpose, perhaps it's not how she normally talks. Lots of Japanese singers do this.
